Flight Mechanics,Aerospace Vehicle Design,RF and Microwave Engineering,VLSI Design / Microelectronics,Power Electronics for Indian Institute of Space Science - Salary - 70,500/-

Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor in following areas of specialization.

Emoluments as on date: Assistant Professor - Rs. 15,600 - 39, 100/- (PB 3) with Grade pay of Rs. 7,600/- + DA & HRA at applicable rates. Total Emoluments - Rs. 70,500/- (Approximately).

  1. Flight Mechanics : First class Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering with specialization in Flight Mechanics or related areas at PhD level and visible research output.
  2. Aerospace Vehicle Design : First class Bachelors or Masters Degree in Aerospace/ Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent with PhD Degree and visible research output.
  3. RF and Microwave Engineering : PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. OR PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. 
  4. VLSI Design / Microelectronics : PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. OR PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. 
  5. Power Electronics : PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. OR PhD in the relevant area, with first class or equivalent at Bachelors Degree in Engineering in relevant area of specialization with visible research output. 
  6. Optics/ related areas, Condensed matter Physics/ Solid State Physics : First class in BS-MS (Physics)/ MSc (Physics)/ BE/B.Tech in relevant disciplines of Engineering / Technology and PhD in relevant area with visible research output
  7. Dynamical System Modelling and Qualitative Properties / Machine Learning : First class MSc in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science and PhD in relevant area with visible research output .
