Essential Qualificaiton (s)
(i) (a) Master’s degree in Life Science/Bio Science/Botany/Zoology/Ecology/Environmental Science/Wildlife from a recognized University.
Note 1 : Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
Note 2 : The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39,100/- with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Duty(ies) : Deputy Director (ER) will assist the senior officers in Examination Reforms, Syllabus Revision and related work.
