Roles and Responsibilities
Operation of all manual / microprocessor based ¿ computerized polymer / plastic processing facilities viz. machines/ lines / units / equipment / prototypes / machines.
Maintaining operational readiness of all polymer / plastic processing facilities.
Preventive maintenance of all polymer / plastic processing facilities.
Procurement of all machines / equipment / spares / chemicals/raw materials/additives etc.
Products identification, record, data entry in SAP and storage.
Inter departmental coordination for discharging critical functions of department.
Outcome
Total Compliance to instructions for operation of all polymer / plastic processing facilities.
Adherence to preventive maintenance schedule of all facilities.
Compliance to feed stock-raw materials / additives, spares / consumables procurement needs.
Adherence to feed stock, product identification, record and storage.
Use of PPEs and Safety & accident free operations.
Qualifications : B.Sc. with Diploma in Plastic Processing/Technology preferably from CIPET.(All full-time courses from reputed institution with minimum 60% marks).

Monthly Emoluments (Rs) : The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and shall be paid a monthly lump sum stipend of Rs. 8000/- per month. There shall be an increment of 5% on the base amount on yearly basis. Extension/Absorption shall be subject to satisfactory performance. On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be regularized in grade III-D subject to satisfactory performance and at that time shall be required to execute a Service Agreement for three years of Rs.1,00,000/-.
