below:
Assistant Manager (Production) : Junior Management; Grade: E1
Minimum Qualification : Graduation in Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized/ affiliated universities or institutes
Preferred Qualification : Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Experience (years) : For Grade E1: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience. Candidates with 3 years of post qualification experience in shop floor production role in PLC driven sheet metal industry will be preferred.
CTC Range - Rs 7 - 12 / lakhs per annum

Indicative Job Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for:-
- Ensure achievement of production targets, operate automated machinery on need basis/ for trouble shooting
- Implement steps to maintain plant physical and cost parameters within budgeted limits
- Undertake maintenance activities as per manual/ maintenance plan, improve machine availability
- Implement steps to assure product quality and customer delight
- Implement best manufacturing practices viz. TQM TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, CLTI etc.
- Motivate team of diploma engineers, share engineering expertise, lead implementation of 5S, Lean manufacturing concepts etc. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
