Guest Teacher recruitment in Department of Applied Physics, Z. H. College of Engg. & Tech., A.M.U., Aligarh.

Applications on prescribed form are invited for the positions of (Guest Teacher in Applied Physics

Department for the academic session 2015-16 on payment as per University rules.
The appointment will be made on purely temporary basis liable to termination at any time with out any notice or assigning any reason.

Essential Qualifications:
(i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks (on an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master's degree level, in the relevant subject
from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
(ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by UGC like SLET/SET.
(iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) above candidates, who are or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission (Minimum Standards and procedure for award of Ph.D. degree) Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of "NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor of equivalent positions Universities/Colleges/Institutions.
OR
"The candidates awarded Ph.D. degree by the Aligarh Muslim University prior to 11.07.2009 the dale of notification of UGC (Minimum standards and procedure for award of M.Phil/Ph.D.degrcc) Regulation 2009 or admitted prior to the aforesaid date and awarded Ph.D. degree after the above notification shall also be eligible to apply for the post of Guest Teacher provided they fulfill minimum 6 out of 11 criteria recommended by the Thyagrajan Committee and produce a certificate to this effect issued by the office of the Controller of Examinations."

Instructions:
Prescribed application form may be downloaded from the Website of the Registrar, AMU, (amuregistrar.ac.in) and the payment of Rs.150/- ( Cost of application form and Prescribed fee) to be deposited in Cash Section, Finance Office, AMU., Aligarh. Persons who are already in service should send their application through proper channel otherwise their application will not be entertained. Please enclose attested copies of the testimonials, publications, degrees, mark sheets in support of their qualifications. Incomplete application and those received late will not be entertained.
