fully devoted to the growth of Plastics & allied Industries in the country with a clear focus on Academic, Technology Support & Research (ATR). The Institute is in search of dynamic, result oriented personnel for the following Supervisory (NonTechnical) positions for its new centres.

Position Pay Band & Grade pay
Sr. Administrative Officer : Rs.15600-39100 & Rs.6600/- 
Administrative Officer : Rs.15600-39100 & Rs.5400/- 
Sr. Finance & Accounts Officer :  Rs.15600-39100 & Rs.6600/- 
Finance & Accounts Officer :  Rs.15600-39100 & Rs.5400/-

Educational Qualification
Sr. Administrative Officer : Degree in any discipline with P.G. Degree(2 years) in Personnel Management / MPM / MLM / MSW-Personnel Management / MBA(HR/Personnel) / Any other relevant Equivalent Qualification from recognized Institute with 6 years relevant experience. Degree in Law is desirable. 

Administrative Officer : Degree in any discipline with P.G. Degree(2 years) in Personnel Management / MPM / MLM / MSW-Personnel Management / MBA(HR/Personnel) / Any other relevant Equivalent Qualification from recognized Institute with 3 years relevant experience. Degree in Law is desirable.

Sr. Finance & Accounts Officer : Degree in any discipline with CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)/M.Com from recognized Institute with 6 years relevant experience. 

Finance & Accounts Officer : Degree in any discipline with CA/ICWA/MBA(Finance)/M.Com from recognized Institute with 3 years relevant experience. 

Broad Subject Area: Expertise in the area of Govt. financial rules, Tax laws, Accounting practices, Budgeting, Audit, Costing, Resource Mobilization, Financial Planning, Plan Funds / Statutory Funds Management, Framing User-friendly Work Policies & Practices, Employee Discipline/Legal matters, Performance Management, Vigilance Administration, , Motivation of workforce by promoting an atmosphere of trust and Maintaining an effective Management Information System / documentation on all the above subject matters.
