- Management of Transport, Canteen, Guesthouse, Office equipments, Security, Assets, Front office,

Experience : 18 years / 15 years with preferably 10 years of relevant experience in Public Sector Undertaking.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence of all SOPs, and policies relating to HR & Administration Department.
- Responsible for managing departmental budget including preparation, submission, maintenance, reporting and audits
- Lead the Administration team to oversee all functions of administration such as :
- Facility management including upkeeping of various office premises
- Management of Transport, Canteen, Guesthouse, Office equipments, Security, Assets, Front office,
- Printing & Stationery, Travel and Hotel booking, Communication etc.
- Providing all necessary Admin support for all important meetings such as Board meeting, AGM, Audit Committee etc.
- Liaison with Govt. of Gujarat as well as GSPC Group Companies on Admin matters
- Handling RTI matters for the Admin Section
- Developing SOPs and Policies for Admin function
- Contract management for Admin Section
- People management
