OHPC intends to recruit bright, qualified and energetic professionals to be inducted as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETS) as follows for their placement at various units & project sites.
A candidate must be above 21 years & below 32 years as on 01.02.2016. The Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case of SC, ST and Woman candidates and 10 (ten) years in case of PH Candidates.
Educational Qualification
Full time Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from recognized University/Institution approved by.AICTE With a minimum of 60 % marks In aggregate or AMIE In Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale : PB-3 scale is Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/-with GP. Rs.5400/-
The training will be for a period of 1 (one) year. On successful completion of the training, the candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade) in the respective cadre on probation for 1 (one) year and placed in the PB-3 scale is Rs.15600/- to Rs.39100/-with GP. Rs.5400/-) with other allowances as per OHPC Rules. The services of GETs during the training period may be terminated in the event of his/her performance during the period is not found to be satisfactory.
Service agreement : The Bond amount for GETs during the training period is Rs.2,16,000/- and after training & during the bond period is Rs. 3,00,000/-
