Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of Technical Assistant (08), Horticulture Assistant (01) and Junior Engineer-Civil (01) in CSIR-CSIO as described below.

Emoluments : Rs. 34017/-
These posts carry usual allowances i.e. Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA) etc. as admissible to the central government employees and as made applicable to CSIR. Council employees are also eligible for accommodation of their entitled type as per CSIR Residence Allotment Rules depending on availability in which case HRA will not be admissible.
H03-M Mechanical 04 Posts (UR-03 & SC-01) {H03-M-UR –03 posts H03-M-SC –01 post} : 1st Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Instrument Technology/ Die & Mould Making of atleast 3 years full time duration or atleast 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field.
H03-E Electronics 04 Posts (UR-04) : 1 st Class Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical/ Computer Engineering/ Mechatronics and Industrial Automation of atleast 3 years full time duration or atleast 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field.
ADMN Horticulture 01 Post (UR) : 1 st Class B.Sc. in Agriculture/Forestry/Horticulture or its equivalent from a recognized Institute/Organization with one year experience in the relevant discipline.
H05-A Civil 01 Post (UR) : 1 st Class Diploma in Civil Engineering of 3 years duration (full time) or at-least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field.
