BHARATIYA MAHILA BANK LTD recruiting Chief Information Officer (CIO) who will be reporting to  Chairman/ MD & CEO/ ED.

Purpose:

1. To achieve the mission statement of the Company (BMB)
2. To ensure that the IT activities are aligned with BMB’s business and business strategy
3. To assure that IT services are delivered at the optimum cost and resource efficiency to achieve business goals
4. To manage best practice IT Governance processes to create and maintain IT service delivery
5. Ensure compliance of IT Laws and Rules

Functional Scope:

1. Leadership and direction to the IT team
2. Enterprise wide business - IT alignment
3. IT budget and Investment management
4. Cost optimisation and process efficiency measures
5. To liaison, supervise and get work done IT service provider/s

Accountabilities:

1. Identify critical dependencies between Business and IT support
2. Monitor the business sector, industry, technology, infrastructure, legal and regulatory environment trends and ensure to make IT systems and procedures legal compliant
3. Define (future) (strategic) use of new technology
4. Establish and manage IT Architecture
5. Design IT process framework to execute the IT strategic plan
6. Establish and implement IT roles and responsibilities, including supervision and segregation of duties along with those of contracted staff
7. Implement a decision-making process to prioritise the allocation of IT resources.

Educational Qualifications : BE, B Tech plus MBA with Technology as a core component or M Sc or M Tech. with Technology as a core component. The qualification shall be from a recognised university.
